Overview

We compile as-built drawing packs that reflect the installed condition of sprinkler, manual and special-risk systems — reconciled to site measurements, RFIs and red-line mark-ups. Deliverables are structured for client operations, insurers and authorities, aligning with ASIB, NFPA and relevant SANS requirements.

Typical Process

01. Collect & Verify

Gather red-lines, RFIs, commissioning notes and site measurements; reconcile against latest design set.

02. Update & Check

Apply changes to drawings; cross-check against fabrication lists and installed equipment.

03. Schedules & Logs

Update valve/signage schedules, equipment lists and revision clouds with log detail.

04. QA & Sign-Off

Peer review for consistency; capture client/engineer sign-offs and issue for final.

05. Archive

Prepare PDF and CAD sets; assemble folder structure with manifest and metadata.

06. Handover

Deliver to client/insurer; define update cadence and retention guidance.
